Theater camp!

Reagan wanted to try out the big stage so we signed her up for theater camp with her friends.

They learned how to do an audition, prepare a reading, do choreography, sing and perform new songs and what it's like to be back stage. She had so much fun!

The kiddos showcased their talents at the end of camp and we loved seeing her shine on stage!

Granny's Sweet Shoppe!

After a fun night of swimming we made our way to Granny's for ice cream and slushies.  Love to support local and it was wonderful!  Lots of toppings and affordable prices.

Can't wait to go back!

Golf Camp!

Reagan started golf camp this week- not sure what I was thinking, an outdoor activity in July? It was HOT.

But she had fun, learned to hold the club, swing and even hit the ball.  She's way ahead of her mama...

July came in with a BANG!

Friday!

We were invited to spend an evening at our old neighbor's new house- we miss seeing them every day but are so happy for them and their new country adventure!  We grilled out while the kids ran outside, Rea loved the 4 wheeler, had s'mores around the bonfire and enjoyed a nice fireworks display.

A great way to kick off our holiday weekend!

We kicked off our 2017 summer vacation with a trip to the lake!

Saturday through Monday-

We stayed at Honey Creek resort, which was beautiful. Nice big hotel rooms, a beach for the kiddos, and indoor water park and lots to do outside on the grounds.  We had a great time with our friends, the Millers and are already planning our next trip back!

Monday night- pre 4th of July eve!

Fun watching fireworks with our friends... sparklers and a bounce house made the night 'the best ever' according to Rea...

Tuesday- 4th of July!

On my bucket list- Goldie's! A local ice cream shoppe with the best burgers, onion rings and tenderloins.  We ate until we were stuffed then swam in the pool to cool off.  Grilling out with friends completed our 4th of July extravaganza!
