Firsts~ 2nd grade Music concert

Reagan had her 2nd grade music concert last week- the theme was Spaced Out!

This is the first year she had to try out for a speaking part and a large group solo. She got both a speaking part and the singing part, which she was so very excited about!  She was a scientist and wanted to look the part, naturally. :)  Lab coat off Amazon worked great!

We love her music teacher- she is just the best!  The kids put on a great show!

Firsts- Dance competition

Rea attended her very first dance competition last weekend and it was a lot of fun!  Exhausting, hard work, with travel involved but we made it through and have lots of great memories!

The highlights-
Earning high gold in their group performance, and 1st place overall.  Then earning platinum on the large group performance!  Definitely a weekend to remember and I'm thankful Rea's first dance competition weekend started off so exciting.

Easter 2018

Chilly but sunny...we started our Easter at the crack of dawn with Reagan very excited to see if the Easter Bunny played an April Fool's Day joke on her (he had!).
