9th Annual Martini Night

We braved the cold temps and snow flurries for our 9th annual girls night out- martini style!


My favorite this year was a peppermint Kahlua latte, delish!

 
You know when you're laughing so hard, you can't breathe- that was our night!  Such a great time with dear friends. Love our annual tradition!

Firsts

Reagan has been begging to dye her hair for the past couple of years and we've always told her, when she's older.  

Well we finally gave in and thought it would be a fun Christmas break activity. It's wash out dye so nothing permanent, and she loves it.

Winter art camp!

Rea's friend asked her to go and she had a great time!  They painted a snowman picture, made a snow globe, made a craft-treat and painted a snowflake picture.  We'll definitely sign her up for more of these.  They do a super job with the kiddos!

I've been blessed to have this week off with Rea during Christmas break. We had lots of fun things planned with the gift certificates she got for Christmas.  I love experience gifts and the ability to create lasting memories from all the fun.

Christmas part 4!

Last and final Christmas celebration... an annual tradition we started with our dear friends, Nette and Davy.  It's always fun to end holidays on a high note- getting together on Christmas night for gift exchange and good food/fun!

And with that, our Christmas celebrations are over. Now it's time to clean up, purge, and take down the decorations.  I'm gonna need more coffee...

Christmas Part 3

We headed to Andy's parent's house on Christmas day for presents, food, and fun!  A great time was had by all and we are once again thankful for being together.  We definitely felt the spirit of the season!

Christmas part 2- Merry Christmas!

Christmas eve-  Cookies and milk for Santa!

Christmas day- Santa came!

Rea declared us the 'best gift givers ever!' so I would say it was a successful Christmas.  Love and joy to all!

First snow!

Our first snow of the season fell on Christmas eve this year... Rea was so happy!  We love having a white Christmas (that doesn't impede travel plans).

It's been so long since we've had to worry about snow I wasn't sure if Rea's snow pants or boots would fit but we lucked out and I think can squeeze in one more season for both.
