2nd Annual Adventure Bay Adult day!

What's better than sun, water and being with friends?!  We celebrated our 2nd annual 'friends' day at Adventure Bay and had a blast!

Reagan and I also took a trip to Adventure Bay- both our 2nd time going this year but first time going together.  I love seeing how confident swim lessons have helped her be in the water. And....she can touch! She conquered all the slides over and over again and we had fun checking out the floating fish too.

Experience Art!

I had always wanted to take Reagan to the local arts festival and felt she was at a good age this year. Despite the heat and a brief rain shower, we had lots of fun looking at and creating art!  We'll definitely go back next year.

We found a parking lot of bounce houses just a couple blocks from the festival and had to enjoy those first. Reagan worked up a sweat with all her bouncing!

They had a neat area called the Creative Kid Zone and Rea had fun creating different art-

Follow the garden path...

There is a beautiful enabling garden not far from us that Reagan went to with the daycare kiddos... I snapped a couple pics when I picked her up last week.  

The perfect place for family pictures... I need to remember this location for the fall. 

The Bees Knees!

Reagan got to tour a bee farm this week!

It was really cool to learn the process, check out the tools, see the bee colonies and play on the farm. A great experience for her Girl Scout troop!

Father's Day Weekend

Father's day weekend was jam packed this year with lots of summer fun.  It was HOT but we managed to beat the heat.

Friday night:

A local wine tasting event with my friend Wendy- good wines and great food!

We came home to an impromptu neighborhood party!

Saturday:

We met our friends, Adrian and Jules, for a fun girls day!

We spent Saturday night with Andy's family, celebrating the holiday.  Happy Father's day to the best dads we know!!
